Delete your Roarling account.

A parent or guardian can request deletion of their Roarling account and all associated child profiles and learning data. Deletion cannot be undone.

From the app

  1. Open Roarling and enter the grown-ups area through the parent gate.
  2. Choose “Delete account” and read the confirmation.
  3. If the account is linked, confirm with the same Apple or Google account. Keep the app connected until deletion completes.

This removes the account's child profiles, saved answers, review schedule, visit history, rewards and sign-in identity from our active service. It clears that account's local profile and queued-answer data on the device performing deletion. Other devices may retain cached information until the account is signed out or the app is removed on those devices. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server data.

Without the app

Email with the subject “Roarling account deletion request.” If you linked an account, contact us from the email associated with it when possible. We will verify ownership before deleting information. Anonymous accounts can be difficult to identify without the original device; tell us if you still have access to it.

Please do not send a password, child's full name, date of birth or voice recording. We will explain what is needed to locate and verify your account.

Only removing one profile?

Use the profile's remove option in the grown-ups area. That removes its learning data while keeping the other profiles in your account.

What may remain temporarily

A deletion marker with no profile content prevents old requests from recreating a deleted account and becomes eligible for automatic removal after 24 hours. Routine infrastructure logs and device backups follow their existing retention. Read the privacy page for details.
